The goals of the History and Preservation committee of NESCO are: to gather, archive, and share the history of the near eastside, and promote the preservation of eastside architecture through advocacy and education.

Eastside History Archives
Have a photo or special eastside memory? Share them with your community by letting us copy your photo or record your memories. We're compiling an archive to help preserve our history. E-mail us or call 317-639-2814 for more information.
Copy Clinics
The History and Preservation Committee conducted three clinics this summer to gather stories and photos of the near eastside. Participants brought their photos and memories to Spades Park Library to be scanned and documented and added to the archives. Thanks to all the participants for their time, our sponsor Heritage Photo Services and the NESCO volunteers who participated.
